Robotic Loading/Unloading System
Our robotic loading and unloading system replaces manual operators at CNC lathes, fully automating the handling of shaft-type and disc-type workpieces in vertical CNC turning operations. The system autonomously performs a complete sequence of loading and unloading tasks—including part retrieval, transfer, fixture loading/unloading, component flipping, and inter-process staging—with seamless efficiency.

Robotic Vision-Guided Bolt Tightening System
Our robotic bolt tightening workstation features a 6-axis industrial robot equipped with a tightening spindle mounted at the wrist for precision fastening of bolts on workpieces. The system supports single-spindle tightening for standard applications, and for higher throughput, a dual-spindle indexing configuration is available—with the two spindles dynamically positioned via servo motors in real time to tighten two bolts simultaneously per cycle.
The system incorporates advanced angle control and torque monitoring, with torque data for every bolt logged in real time. Any torque deviations outside specification trigger an immediate visual alarm for instant operator notification.

Robotic Milling & Trimming Cell
As a traditional machining process, milling is widely used in mechanical fabrication. To expand the processing capabilities for interior trim components, we have seamlessly integrated robotic flexibility with precision milling technology—delivering a dedicated solution for cutting automotive interior parts. The result is our Robotic Milling Workstation.
The system consists of specially engineered milling spindles paired with industrial robots, enabling high-precision machining of automotive plastic components such as instrument panels and bumpers.

Robotic Pick-and-Place System for Injection Molding
Designed specifically for automated injection molding production, our robotic pick-and-place workstation is built around high-performance 6-axis industrial robots, enabling precise, high-speed automatic retrieval of molded parts immediately after the molding cycle.
Typically positioned alongside the injection molding machine, the system employs custom-engineered end-of-arm tooling that allows the 6-axis robot to reach deep into the molding area, safely extract freshly formed parts, and perform subsequent operations such as positioning, inspection, or conveying. Compared to manual handling or conventional picker arms, the 6-axis robot offers superior flexibility, faster cycle times, and enhanced repeatability—effectively minimizing part damage while substantially reducing labor costs.
